In life we all have days that are very challenging.

You wake up, everything’s great, then all of a sudden, out of nowhere, things start going south on you. 
Since each of us is different, these challenges can take on different forms. But the one thing that is constant is that, we have to get through them.

We all know that our attitude determines our altitude.
That is, we will rise to the level of our attitude and no further. 
You don’t rise up and adjust your attitude to follow you. 
No, quite to the contrary. 
You adjust your attitude and you rise up to follow it. 
Your environment is the precise portrayal of your mental state. 
You change, and your environment changes to fit your beliefs.
