We all know that our attitude determines our altitude.

That is, we will rise to the level of our attitude and no further.

You don’t rise up and adjust your attitude to follow you.

No, quite to the contrary.

You adjust your attitude and you rise up to follow it.

Your environment is the precise portrayal of your mental state.

You change, and your environment changes to fit your beliefs.

We All Know This

We all know that this is the truth. It’s inescapable.

It’s a fact that when you expand your mind your universe expands around you.

The challenge is, when we are caught up in our everyday lives, running around being busier than we’d really like to be, what can we do each day to expand our minds?

We only have so much time each day, and it seems like everyone and everything wants more and more of it.

Do This

Here’s what you can do to dramatically change your mind in just 60 seconds or less.

The results will be tremendous. You’ll find yourself feeling more centered and far surer of what you truly know to be important in your life.

This exercise is designed to raise your vibration and set a proper mental state for your day or the rest of it depending on when in your day you do this.

Here’s how to reframe your outlook in just 60 seconds or less.

Ask yourself these 3 questions and be sure to put thought into the answers.
1. Who are you grateful for?
2. What is happening right now in your life that you are grateful for?
3. What are you looking forward to in your life, that you are grateful for?

You can ask yourself these questions as often as you like. Come up with different answers each time to enhance its overall effectiveness.

I’m sure that if you were to sit and think about it, you could come up with quite a long list of things and people that you are grateful for in your life.

You can write the answers in a journal to keep track of them and re-read your answers from time to time as a refresher.

Or you can just answer them in your head.

Either way be sure to speak them out loud so that you are putting them out there in your universe as things to be recognized, which will greatly enhance their overall impact on your life and mental state.
